STEPHANIE CHAN 陳鈳昕
Stephanie suffered from asthma when she's young, which prevented her from being active. Stepping into her 30s, she realized the need to maintain a good health, so she tried yoga and her yoga story goes on.
By practising different aspects of yoga, she has experienced how yoga can transform one from within, making one stronger physically and mentally. She is eager to share her experience and guide students to practice with the right attitude and safe way. Yoga is for everybody, by connecting the body, mind and soul, she believes everyone can experience the change from within.
由零運動到變主動，Stephanie 體驗到瑜伽把她帶回生活正軌，感受過不同層面的瑜伽練習所帶來的震撼，同時深信每個人都可以透過瑜伽得到幫助；因此她決定離開從事了十多年的 市場推廣及公關行業，全心投入致力分享瑜伽，引導學生以正確的態度和安全的方式去練習，連接身心靈，感受內在改變，從而蛻變。
Grace is a certified yoga instructor with finishing 200 Hrs Teacher Training, 50 Hrs Myoyin Training and 50 Hrs Hatha Prgaya Training from Pure Yoga Hong Kong. Her class focuses on building the foundation of Hatha yoga from asana, pranayama to meditation.
Grace makes her class applicable to all level, so everyone can enjoy yoga as much as she does. By sharing her own experience and learning from yin to strong practice such as arm balancing, she aims to guide students to understand the physical and mental benefits of each practice.
Carmen focuses on a balance practice from inside to outside. Her practice integrates the ancient yogic science into modern lifestyle.
Understanding everyone is unique in terms of background and needs, Carmen will guide different student to discover their own body and mind through different practices. The foundation is built from within, and gradually one can radiate their potential from the inner self.

Trista 現時除了在Yoga Story，還會到不同社福機構和學校任教，讓不同人士接觸到瑜伽，散播瑜伽種子。
Loretta started her yoga story when she had a lower back injury that limited her range of motion. Initially she thought that yoga wasn’t for her. However after several practices and experiences, it not only healed her physically also strengthened her mental and emotional resolve.
In June 2017, she completed her YTT-200HR with Tiffany Cruikshank under Yoga Medicine and started teaching yoga. Furthermore, she has been certified with NASM CPT and has been teaching fitness bootcamps for 2 years. She is a well-rounded and passionate coach committed to sharing her knowledge as well as positivity and goodness in the world. As a teacher Loretta uses a holistic approach, believing that strength and mindfulness radiates from within.
2017年6月在Tiffany Cruikshank Yoga Medicine的培訓下完成了第一個200小時瑜伽導師課程，並展開教學旅程。Loretta同時擁有一個NASM CPT 及有著兩年體能訓練導師經驗。她是一個全面和充滿熱誠的老師，致力分享知識、正能量及慈愛，以全面的練習方法，讓學生體驗內在散發出的力量和正念。
An avid sports enthusiast Janice has always been very active physically and enjoys watching sports with keen interest. Given a demanding professional life as a Senior Consultant at a financial services search firm, working out was an avenue to release stress.
In 2008, Janice ventured into her first yoga class and has never looked back. At first yoga was another form of physical outlet for Janice. However, through consistent asana practice she found the immense benefits of yoga that go beyond the physical form. Through yoga she discovered the ability to gain inner body awareness to strive for a balance in mind body and spirit.
Janice is forever grateful for all the teachers that have helped her on her yoga journey. In 2018, she enrolled in a 200 hour Prana Jagriti Teacher Training in Yoga & Meditation followed by a 300 hour Prana Jagriti Advanced Teacher Training in 2020, both led by with Kapil Rajiv at Pure Yoga.
Janice hopes to share with her students the profound healing which yoga can bring when one adheres to a consistent asana, pranayama and meditation practice.
Anna was a journalist for 15 years before she decided to quit the unhealthy lifestyle. She first stepped onto the mat in 2015 with a broken heart and a head full of questions. Her first few months of practice always ended with tears during savasana. More questions came to her head - What has Yoga done to me?
Yoga has opened up a whole new world for Anna’s personal life. She wanted to share the benefits of Yoga with others. She took her first 200 hour teacher training with Kapil Rajiv in 2018, followed by a 300 hour advanced teacher training in 2020.
The life lessons that Yoga has given to Anna made her a humble practitioner. With a non-typical Yoga teacher body figure, Anna wants to set an example for people to know that Yoga is truly for every BODY.
Anna的課堂氣氛輕鬆，愛講解基本。而她最想做到的是以自己胖胖的身型，和沉實不花巧的練習來告訴大眾「Yoga is for every BODY」。
